Audience feedback on the Rough Cut
When showing the audience our rough the cut they came up wit had few ideas to improve and make the final thriller as effective as possible . This rough cut was shown to my media class.
Firstly the audience said that the ident for our thriller was good however we need to change the music so that the ident music is separate to the thrillers.
Secondly the audience said that the typography of the film was unprofessional. It was advised to use a simple and timeless font. Also we had to consider the colour of the text and how that would portray our film. We came to the conclusion that simple is more effective. In between the ident and the titles there should be a transition. One of our peers said that we should consider how much space the text takes up on the frame.
The positives were that all of our camera shots were really good and that we use sound effects and music effectively.
